| | Here is my top 7 albums of the year….. I wasn’t
                  as musically active as others

1.Sufjan Stevens- All Delighted People EP- Asthmatic kitty
 - a wonderful album. Less pop and more fuzz!
 - just listen to Djorhiah and give Jeff a call and apologize.

2.The Budos Band- The Budos Band III- Daptone
Staten Island funk done right! Instrumentals that get stuck
                  in your hedro.
Also, this was the show of the year by a landslide
2:35 minutes of nonstop f*#k-you-in-the-face instrumental funk
                  and
soul at the Larimer Lounge. Well priced microbrews btw. dales
                  for $3?
 Sign me up!

3.Marc McGuire- Living with yourself- Editions Mango
 Great album
Emeralds Show at the fox I found disappointing and boring…yes
                  Jeff, BORING
Next time they are in town I will bring a couch and some mildly
strong opiates to get the full experience

4.V/A- Good God! Born Again Funk- Numero Group
A great gospel funk album from Chicago Comp. greats - numero
                  group

 5. Sun Kil Moon - Admiral Fell Promises- Caldo Verde
 I have a soft side….what can I say

 6. Syl Johnson – Complete Mythology- Numero Group
These four cd’s may have contained a little too much filler
                  but this
 is another gem from numero

 7.LCD Soundsystem- This is happening
I like this album….its catchy…..as some may say

 Re-re-re----------

                  ideas,
 thoughts, Minnesota and more!

I cant understand a word he says on this album.
