Notes: Rewind today. Unimpeded travel is over. Big roads. Straight roads. Crosses in the ditch. Too many signs. Fornicating birds in the sky. Freaky Nascar sunsets. Endless coal trains dieseling to lipstick factories. Feel one way. Push my think on/off switch. Coast downhill just like Neal.

Dew drops hanging on for their life to morning grass. My favorite machines won't last forever. The fixers all died and I don't know what to do. The freedom noise. Patterns repeating. Mad banging squeals slipping through the air. The higher the better. Low, low punchy thrashing bass. My eyes spin in a slot machine and coins fall to the ground.

Walking is faster than it seems. Where is the end up? What is the reason? Go to the river for a drink. Long flat rippled water to a distant shore. Glaring smoothness between waving cattails. Drifting logs point the way. I'm knitting a story for you. Don't count on it to keep you warm.

Bathroom rattlesnakes. Sunrise in the garage. Ice on my headlights.13th floor. Can't get drunk like I want to be. Dreaming slow-motion color. Sleeping during the day. My favorite shoes died. Cold coffee. Warm blankets around red lip smiles. Standby. Life so good it's bad. Later, bad is good. Rewind today.

A big thank you to everyone who pledged watts to KVCU during today's show. Your support of Route 78 West is greatly appreciated.
