Notes: | One of Jeff's musical
heroes is Web Pierce. Iron and Wine CD is new this past week and similar
to Elliot Smith or Sparklehorse. We had hoped Gomez would have played Tijuana
Lady in their most recent appearance, but it didn't happen so we aired it
tonight. On Iron and Wine's Upward Over the Mountain, voice double tracking
is creatively applied. This technique was first used by Buddy Holly. Neil
Young is always an influencing evolution of ideas. Post show at Tom's Tavern. The past and future were discussed... You should of been there. |
